“God is within her, she will not fail.” –Psalms 46:5
NaKeitha Ross, a lover of life and everything that is beautiful. That is who I am. I am the co-owner of 360 Degrees Hair Studio and co-founder of I.C.O.N. Women’s Organization (Houston, TX). I am also the curator of and mastermind behind The Fearless Female Forum!
After graduating from high school, I went directly to the University of Houston to pursue a degree in Communications and Marketing. After I walked across the stage a second time, I realized hair and beauty were my true my passions. I stepped outside the box and enrolled in cosmetology school to pursue my true calling. In February 2003, I opened 360 Degrees Hair Studio in Houston, Texas with my mother, Lisa Moore.
With nearly 20 years of business experience and client connections, I am applying these attributes and principles I have learned to provide entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs with the instruments necessary to expand and accelerate their business modules.
With my sights set on total wealth (mental, physical, financial and spiritual), my mindset has shifted with my growth as a person and professional. Goals and aspirations have migrated to plans and actions to retire from the “behind the chair” life to operating fully in life and business consulting and empowerment through providing women and businesses alike the necessary and vital tools and strategies for excellence and success.
I have become a sought-after and award-winning hairstylist, educator, and philanthropist in my community. My most rewarding job is being a mother to Jada and Jeremy, as well as, the wife to my high school sweetheart. Jeremy and I have been married 20 years and counting. My family and I reside in Pearland, Texas.

As the famed American Dream would be portrayed, I graduated college and began a long-lasting tenure in a career I loved with the man of my heart and family in a framed portrait on the mantle to follow.
In February 2003, I opened 360 Degrees Hair Studio in Houston, Texas with my mother, Lisa Moore after having been exposed to and engaged in the trade since childhood. A veteran in the industry, I am grateful to have been afforded various opportunities for progression and advancement. Traveling, domestically and globally, was always a great desire of mine and Design Essentials provided me with an avenue to do as such as a Global Artistic Director.

I.C.O.N. Women’s Organization
“One of the most important things you can do on this earth is to let people know they are not alone.” ― Shannon L. Alder
To say I had a hard knock life and then wanted to invest in people like me would be a tale. My life was average, humble, and all the way fulfilling. After a casual conversation with a long-term friend, I.C.O.N. Women’s Organization was established to address the needs of our local community. With a mission to elevate and educate women and youth, the organization steps forth with a dynamic presence in the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area. I.C.O.N. P.E.A.R.L.S. is a subdivision of I.C.O.N. catering to girls ages 5-18 years old centered around developing the whole girl through community service, character development, and empowerment.
